摘要
二步编织法适于制作三维整体预制件 ,织造工艺简单 ,复合材料轴向力学性能优良。本文介绍了二步编织法的工艺基础、预制件的细观结构及其变异形式 ,二步法预制件的编织设备 ,以及各种异型件的编织方法 。
step braided method is a simple process and suitable for manufactuirng 3 D integrated preform.Its scomposite has high axial property.This paper reviews the basic process,preform microstruture of 2 step method and modified braiding mechanics.Braiding technique of other shape preforms is also reported.It can be used in 2 step braided composite.
