摘要
人性化管理强调学生在班级管理中的主体地位,通过以学生为本的管理活动,追求班级高效高质运转以实现教育目标。在班级管理过程中,通过关爱尊重学生、实行激励机制、创设和谐环境、民主制定班规等工作策略,实现人性化班级管理的育人目标。
Humanistic management emphasizes the students in class management main body status, through the student oriented management activities, the pursuit of class high quality operation and achieve the aims of education. On the class management process, through caring respect students, incentive mechanism, create harmonious environment, democratic es- tablishment rules work strategy, realize humanized class management education.
