摘要
教师惩戒权是教师履行职责的一项重要权利,但受社会舆论、现行的教育理念以及法律法规不健全等因素的影响,教师惩戒权没有得到切实保障。要实现真正的教师惩戒权,需要进一步完善相关教育法律法规,建立健全教师惩戒权的监管机制。
The teacher＇s rights＇ of discipline is basic right of teacher job. Affected by such factors as social consensus, the current education concept and the absence of educational law, the teacher＇s rights of discipline have not been really assured. If we want to implement the real teacher＇s rights of discipline, the related educational law＇s consummated and the supervision mechanism established are necessary.
