混苯对大鼠血液系统、血脂、脂质过氧化水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨混苯亚急性染毒对大鼠血液系统、血脂、脂质过氧化水平及抗氧化酶的影响。方法 将雄性SD大鼠随机分为 5组 :对照 (玉米油 )、B ( 5mgBZ +44mgTol+5 0 0mgXyl/kg体质量 )、A1( 4 40mgBZ +88mgTol+2 2mgXyl/kg体质量 )、A2 ( 1/4A1)和A3 ( 1/4A2 ) ,采用经腹腔注射 (隔日 1次 ,共 18次 )的方法染毒。结果 与对照组比较 ,A1组和B组LY %明显降低 ,MO、MO %、GR、GR %显著升高 (皆P <0 0 5 ) ;A1组血清TC和TG明显升高 (P<0 0 5 ) ,血清TG水平与SOD活力呈负相关 (r =-0 3 15 3 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,TC与MDA呈正相关 (r =0 2 90 9,P <0 0 5 ) ;各混苯组血清MDA含量明显升高 ,血清GSH Px活力明显下降 ,A1和B组血清SOD活力亦明显降低 (皆P <0 0 5 ) ;A系列各组骨髓SOD活力 ,A1组骨髓MDA含量 ,A1和A2组骨髓GSH Px活力皆显著高于对照 (皆P <0 0 5 )。结论 上述结果综合表明 :混苯亚急性染毒可导致大鼠WBC分类改变 ;增强大鼠脂质过氧化反应 ,导致SOD和GSH Px活力代偿性增强 ;脂质过氧化作用的增强和血清SOD活力下降是血脂水平升高的重要原因。 Objective To study sub acute effects of mixed benzene exposure on blood system,blood levels of lipid and lipid peroxidation and activity of anti exidase in rats.Methods Male SD rats were divided randomly into five groups,control group with corn oil,group B with 5 mg of benzene(BZ)plus 44 mg of toluene(Tol)plus 500 mg xylene(Xyl)per kilogram of weight,group A1 with 440 mg of BZ plus 88 mg of Tol plus 22 mg of Xyl per kilogram of weight,group A2 with one fourth dose as group A1,and group A3 with one fourth of dose as group A2,via peritoneal injection once every other day for 18 times.Results As compared with control group,blood lymphocyte percentage(LY%)decreased significantly and blood monocyte count(MO)and monocyte percentage(MO%),granulocyte count(GR)and granulocyte percentage(GR%)increased significantly in groups A1 and B(P<0 05),serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)increased significantly in group A1(P<0 05),serum level of TG correlated inversely with activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)(r=-0 313 5,P<0 05),serum TC correlated with MDA (r=0 290 9,P<0 05),serum level of malonyl dialdehyde(MDA)increased significantly and serum activity of GSH Px decreased significantly in all exposed groups.Bone marrow levels of MDA in group A1 and activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)in groups A1 and A2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0 05).Conclusion The above results showed that subacute exposure to mixed benzene could cause change in white blood cell differential count,increase lipid peroxidation,and compensatively increase activities of SOD and GSH Px.Enhancement of lipid peroxidation and decrease in serum activity of SOD were important causes for increase in blood lipid level.
