摘要
目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定杨硼洗剂中水杨酸和硼酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水(45:55),流速为1.3ml/min,检测波长为289nm,柱温为25℃。结果水杨酸和硼酸在16~128μg/ml(r=0.9962)的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.58%(RSD=1.22%)和99.16%(RSD=0.83%)。结论本方法方便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质控标准。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for content determination of Salicylic acid and boric acid in Yangpeng acid liniment. Methods C18 column was adopted as stationary phase,the mobile phase consisted of Menthol-Water(45 : 55 ) , the flow rate was 1.3 ml/min, the detective wavelength was UV 289nm, the column temperature was 25℃. Results The calibration curve of salicylic acid and boric acid was linear within the concentration range of 16 - 128μg/ml (r = 0. 9962 ). The average recovery rate was 100.58% ( RSD = 1.22% ) and 99. 16% ( RSD = 1.83% ), respectively. Conclusion The method was convenient, accurate, replicable ,which can be applied to quality control of this preparation.
