摘要
国际气候机制自国际环境机制发展演化而来,经过近40年的不断革新和发展,在理念、内容和责任主体上趋于成熟和完善,并能够不断适应新情况、新形势的需要,逐渐成为国际社会共同应对全球气候问题的不二选择。随着发展中国家力量的增长以及对国际气候问题认识的深化,它们将在国际气候机制中扮演越来越重要的角色,为国际气候问题的最终解决注入新的因素和活力。
The international climate change negoiation mechanism, derived from the international environment negotiation mechanism, has become mature in its notion, content and the responsible body after 40 years＇ development. It can adapt to new situations and thus become the first choice for the international community to work on climate issues. With their increased strength and bettered understanding of the global climate issue, developing countries will play a bigger role in the international climate change negotiation mechanism, becoming a new force in solving the issue.
