摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在食管异物中的应用价值。方法对12例临床诊断及经食管钡餐检查确诊的食管异物患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,并将原始数据经工作站后处理,进行多平面重建(MPR)及容积重建(VR)等后处理技术。结果多平面重建技术对食管异物的部位、形态及有否继发食管、气管瘘等并发症的显示,均能取得较满意的效果;容积重建能直观立体显示食管异物的位置、形态等情况。结论多平面重建及容积重建技术,可提高食管异物的诊断准确性,及早发现并发症,有利于临床治疗方案的制定,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the role of multi-slice spiral CT and reconstruction technique in the application of foreign body of esophagus.Methods 12 cases of such patients were underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination.The data were processed using multi-planar reconstruction and volume reconstruction.Results Multi-planar reconstruction is useful in visualizing the location,shape and secondary complication of foreign body of esophagus.Volume reconstruction could display the location and shape of the foreign body.Conclusion Multi-planar reconstruction could improve the diagnostic accuracy of foreign body of esophagus and develop the treatment strategy.It might be have high clinical value.
