摘要
目的 :探讨时空对称性概念及数学模型在行走功能研究中可行性。方法 :采用人体行走过程中左右两侧对称性作为一种评价标准 ,对行走功能的异常程度进行定量评价。本文给出了描述人体运动对称性的3个指标 :时相对称性、重直力对称性和行走平衡功能。用VICON运动分析系统 ,对140例患者和21例健全人的步态参数进行测试、计算。结果 :病人和正常人之间存在极显著差异 (P<0.001)。结论 :时空对称性概念及数学模型在行走功能研究中 ,选择性地应用是可行的。
Objective: Probe into feasiblity of time_space symmetrical concept and mathematical pattern in research walking function.Methods:Using the left and right symmetry of human walking as a standard on the abnormal degree of walking function will be evaluated quantitatively .three indexes about symmetry of human walking are given .There are phase symmetry index,vertical force symmetry index,and equilibrium function index in it.Using VICON 3_dimensinal movement analysis system,the walking parameters of 140 patients and 21 normal were detected and 3 indexes were calculated also.Results:There is very notable difference between the indexes of patients and normal (P<0.001).Conclusion:Elected anpplication of time _space symmetrical concept and mathematical pattern in research walking function is feasible.
