摘要
基材以及胶粘剂的化学成分是影响耐高温胶带性能和用途的决定因素,分别采用衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱法和差示扫描量热法对胶带基材的化学成分进行测定,进而利用衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱法和裂解-气相色谱/质谱法分析胶粘剂的化学组成。最后采用热重法确定了胶带中各组分的含量。
The chemical composition of the substrate and adhesive directly determined the performance and application of heat-resistant adhesive tap. Attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were respectively employed to determine the composition of the substrate of the adhesive tap, and the composition of the adhesive was analyzed by using ATR-FTIR and pyrolysis-gas chromatography coupled mass spectrum(Py-GC/MS). Finally, thermogravimetry(TG) was used to determine the content of each component.
