摘要
为提高放线菌327#发酵生产拮抗物质的产量,在摇瓶中采用补料分批发酵方式,考察了发酵过程中补加碳源和氮源对菌体生产拮抗物质的影响。试验结果表明:在发酵36h补加0.5%大豆粉,48h补加1.5%葡萄糖,60h补加0.5%葡萄糖的补料方式获得了最佳的补料分批发酵结果,拮抗物质产量最高,其产生的抑菌圈平均直径达(25.2±0.4)mm,比对照(22.3±0.4)mm有显著的增加。
To improve the yield of antagonistic substances produced by actinomycete 327^#, the effects of carbon or nitrogen source feeding on the pro-duction of antagonistic substances were investigated by fed-batch fermentation in shake flasks. The results indicated that feeding 0.5% soybean flour at 36h, 1.5% glucose at 48h and 0.5% glucose at 60h during the fed-batch fermentation could significantly entaance the production of antagonistic substances, whose mean inhibition zone diameter reached (25.2±0.4)mm which was significantly higher than control (22.3±0.4)mm.
