摘要
土地整理是对土地现状利用方式的调整和治理。本文从土地整理的内涵出发 ,对土地整理的理论依据及模式进行了初步研究。而后针对吴江市的土地整理实践 ,论述了其土地整理的程序、土地整理的实际运作模式 。
Land arrangement is the adjustment and management to its current utilization mode.On the basis of connotation of the land arrangement, this paper discusses the theoretical basis and the model of land arrangement.In light with land arrangement practice of Wujiang city,the procedure and practical process of land arrangement is stated along with forecasting prospect of land arrangement in Wujiang city.
