摘要
目的探讨盐酸美金刚在治疗阿尔茨海默病的显著疗效。方法选择2009年3月～2010年1月在我院进行诊断及治疗的108例阿尔茨海默病患者,均给予盐酸美金刚治疗,然后分析比较108例患者治疗前后的精神状态量表、认知分量表、日常生活能力量表以及临床总疗效量表,评价治疗的总体疗效。结果盐酸美金刚治疗后患者的精神状态、认知情况及日常生活能力有明显改善,治疗前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),临床总疗效明显,总有效率可达81.2%,不良反应率为7.0%。结论盐酸美金刚在治疗阿尔茨海默病时,疗效显著,可有效改善患者病症,安全性好,不良反应小,可以作为治疗阿尔茨海默病的常用药。
Objective This paper is to discuss about the remarkable clinical effects of Memantine on treatment of Alzheimer＇s dis- eas （AD）. Methods We gathered the clinical data of 108 AD patients, all of them were helped by Memantine. Then we compared the Mini-Mental Status Examination （MMSE）, the Alzheimer Disease Assessment Scale-cognition （ADAS）, the Activities of Daily Living （ADL） and the Clinical Global Impression （CGI）. Results Memantine had efficient in improving symptoms of Alzheimer dis- ease as evidenced by the increase in scores of MMSE, and the decrease in scores of ADAS and ADL （P〈0.05）. Compared with the data before treatment, there was significance in the change of these measuring scales after treatment （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate was 81.2%, the rate of adverse reactions was 7.0%. Conclusion Memantine is safe and effective, which has effect for patients with Alzheimer disease （AD）, and can remarkably improve the symptoms.
