摘要
目的探讨在宫颈癌前病变中采用超高频电波刀(LEEP)手术进行治疗的临床疗效和价值。方法采用回顾分析的方法,从2006年3月～2010年10月这一时期在我院进行LEE手术治疗的宫颈癌前病变的患者中随机选取120例患者的临床治疗资料进行分析。结果对120例患者的临床资料进行回顾发现,大部分患者都在宫颈癌前病变时采取了LEEP手术进行了治疗后的病检结果都显示患者的病灶基本切除干净,只有个别患者的病变情况升级。其中1例患者在实施两次LEEP手术后再进行病检时发现有微小浸润现象及进行子宫全切术。另外有2例患有CINBI的患者在术后病检结果显示有微浸润但内外切缘都还算干净。对这120例患者进行术后回访,发现至今也没有复发现象。结论研究结果显示在宫颈癌前病变中采取LEEP手术进行治疗是一种比较简单且有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广和广泛应用。
Objective To investigate cervical lesions in theultra-LEEP （LEEP） procedure for treatment of clinical efficacyand val- ue. Methods Retrospective analysis of the method, from March 2006 to October 2010 the period LEE surgery in our hospital for treatment of cervical lesions in patients randomly selected 120 patients for analysis of clinical data. Results 120patients were ret- rospectively found that the majority of patients with lesions in cervical LEEP surgery was taken after treatment of patients with pathologic examination results show that the basic lesion excision, One patient after surgery in the implementation of two LEEP for pathological examination found a small infiltration and for hysterectomy. Another two cases of patients suffering from CINBI patho- logic examination after surgery revealed that micro-invasive but are fairly clean inside and outside the cutting edge. Of these 120 patients for postoperative return visit and found no recurrence so far. Conclusion The results showed the lesions to cervical LEEP surgery for treatment is a relatively simple and effective treatment, is worthy of promotion and wider application.
