摘要
开发了基于GIS的海湾陆源污染排海总量控制的空间优化分配的方法 .并在“大连湾数据库”的支持下 ,以大连湾为例 ,研究了陆源污染排海总量控制的空间优化分配问题 .
At present,the water quality of gulf in China is severe.The contents of oxygen consuming organic compounds,nutrient salts,oil and heavy metals,etc.,exceed the environmental standards;eutrophication is intensified;and red tides appear frequently.In order to control the pollutant discharged from land to sea,the system of the total pollutant discharge\|controlling has been implemented in China.But,there are a few unsolved problems in the total pollutant discharge\|controlling,for example,environmental functional zones of gulf have not been taken into consideration systematically;the spatial optimization problem need to be solved.In this paper,Dalian gulf is taken as an example.On the basis of the principal,that is,the pollutants concentration = f (the hydrodynamics dimension,the pollutant discharge intensity dimension and the spatial dimension of mouths to discharge pollutants),using GIS and integrating the systematic optimization model with the model of the environmental functional zones and the model of pollutant\|importing and its response of the receptor of water,the spatial optimization plan for the total pollutant discharge\|controlling is formulated.The spatial optimization methodology to control the total pollutant discharge is developed in order to support the spatial optimization decision in environmental protection.
