摘要
对《生活饮用水标准检验方法感官性状和物理指标》(GB/T 5750.4—2006)中亚甲蓝分光光度法测定阴离子洗涤剂的方法进行了优化和改进,采用机械振荡萃取法,节省了工作强度和工作时间,同时减少了三氯甲烷挥发对试验操作人员造成的危害。通过单因素及正交试验得到最优萃取条件:萃取温度为30℃、萃取时间为10 min、振荡速度为200 r/min。标准样品测定结果的RSD为0.87%,回收率为98.5%~99.8%,可满足饮用水中阴离子洗涤剂的测定,该优化方法具有操作简单、有机溶剂用量少、测定精密度及准确度高的特点。
The experiment of determining anionic detergents with methylene blue spectrophotomet- tic method specified in Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water -- Organoleptic and Physical Parameters (GB/T 5750± 2006) was optimized and improved. Mechanical stirring extraction method was used to save labor and working hours, and reduce damage caused by chloroform volatilization to oper- ators. Based on the single factor and orthogonal test, the optimal extraction conditions were 30℃ extraction temperature, 10 min extraction time and 200 r/min shock speed. The relative standard deviation was 0.87% , and the recovery of standard addition was 98.5% to 99.8%, which could meet the determina- tion of anionic detergents in drinking water. The improved method is characterized by easy operation, less organic solvent consumption, high precision and accuracy.
