摘要
基于危险源理论,分析了危险源的概念、分类、全面辨识和管控措施。在已有危险源定义的基础上,界定了煤矿危险源的定义,认为危险源和隐患存在着两极化的关系。将危险源分类为根源危险源和状态危险源,根源危险源又可进一步区分为类属根源危险源和实体根源危险源。提出了煤矿危险源全面辨识的方法和步骤,危险源管控的思路,认为危险源的控制措施主要有消除、弱化、劳动保护和培训教育五种方式。
Based on hazard theory,the definition,classification,overall identification and control measures are analyzed in this paper.Hazard of coal mine is defined on the basis of present research and they are polarization relation between hazards and hidden troubles.Hazard is divided into condition hazard and root hazard which can be further divided into generic root hazard and specific root hazard.Not only procedure of hazard overall identification in coal mine but also methods of hazard control are put forward.There exit five methods of hazard control which removes,weakening,labor protection and training.
