摘要
目的探讨门诊手术患者心理特点的同时,对患者进行有针对性的健康教育。方法选择86例患者,总结其心理特点,并对43例观察组患者实施本研究的护理干预,与仅实施术前告知注意事项、术后平车推出由其家属照的患者进行比较,两组患者实施护理干预前后SAS正负向评分变化情况以及护理满意度的变化。结果观察组手术后正向评分和负向评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组手术后仅负向评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),手术后观察组正向评分和负向评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不满意率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对门诊患者实施有效的健康教育,不但能提高手术后患者的预后,还对提高护理满意度有十分重要的作用。
Objective To explore the outpatient operation patients with psychological characteristics and performed on patients for health education. Methods Summarized 86 cases with psychological characteristics and 43 cases in the observation group to im- plement the study of nursing intervention, 43 cases with only implementation of preoperative informed considerations, postoperative flat car launched by their families according to the patients for comparison, before and after nursing intervention of SAS positive and negative score changes and nursing satisfaction change with the two groups. Results The observation group operation after a positive score and negative scores were lower than before (P〈0.05), the control group after operation only negative score was lower than before (P〈0.05), after operation, the observation group positive score and negative scores were lower than control group (P〈 0.05),the observation group satisfaction rate was higher than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For outpatient with effective health education, it is not only improve the prognosis of the patients after operation, but also can improve nursing satisfaction.
