摘要
HP40Nb离心铸造奥氏体耐热钢因为具有良好的高温性能而常用于制造乙烯裂解炉管。本文一方面了研究时效时间对HP40Nb乙烯裂解炉管材料力学性能的影响,另一方面研究时效温度对材料微观组织的影响。结果表明:HP40Nb钢抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率随着时效时间的延长而降低,微观组织随时效时间延长持续恶化。时效温度降低,材料微观组织劣化速度显著降低,并以此建议HP40Nb材料实际服役温度不宜超过1100℃,给现场操作提供了参考意见。
Due to good high temperature resistance, HP40Nb steel has been widely used for manufacturing ethylene cracking furnace tube. On one hand, effect of aging time on mechanical properties of HP40Nb ethylene cracking furnace tube steel was investigated. On the other hand, effect of different aging temperatures on the microstructure of HP40Nb steel was also researched. The results show that ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and microstructure of HP40Nb steel decreases and deteriorates with aging time increasing. Microstructure degradation rate of HP40Nb steel decreases obviously with aging temperature decreases, which means that the operating temperature at actual condition should not be beyond 1100, and this conclusion may suggest being a reference for actual operation,
