摘要
建设马克思主义学习型政党理念经历了一个逐步深化提高、完善成熟的过程。马克思、恩格斯从历史哲学的高度,赋予学习以科学的内涵和原则方法,理念开始孕育;列宁把学习上升到政治的高度,实现学习问题与党的建设的初步结合,理念开始萌芽;毛泽东把学习问题放在党的建设的主导地位,并以此统揽和推进党的各个方面建设,理念基本形成;十七届四中全会,中国共产党正式提出"建设马克思主义学习型政党"的概念,并用学习推进党的建设的创新发展,理念趋于成熟。
The idea of building a Marxism learning political party has experienced a process of gradual deepening and perfection. To begin with, Marx and Engels conferred scientific connotation and principles onto learning from the perspective of historical philosophy,which is the stage of gestation of ideas. The ideas began to bud as Lenin gave learning political significance, which combined learning and party's construction in the preliminary way. Basic concepts began to form when Mao Zedong placed learning at a dominant position in the party building to serve as a guide and to advance the construction in all aspects. The ideas matured when the concept of "build- ing Marxism learning party "was proposed formally in the Forth Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee and learning is employed to promote the innovative development of CCP.
