摘要
综合分析了煤矿大型空压机结垢的原因，探讨了空压机循环水的阻垢机理，并确定了相应的药剂配方。工业性试验表明，该药剂配方及相应的碱性运行方案比较适合煤矿空压机循环水系统。
Analyzingthe reason for filth agglomerating mechanism in large-capacity air compressor for use in coal mines,the article discusses the impeding filth agglomerating mechanism in circulating water of air compressorand determines the corresponding additive composition. Full scale experiment shows the additive compo-sition and its alkaline property is good for use in the circulating water system of coal mine air compressor.
