摘要
介绍了鲅鱼圈生产工序中固体废弃物的种类和主要来源,将其回收加工成混料的过程以及混料返回烧结系统和生产铁碳球再利用的情况。实践表明,鲅鱼圈生产工序固体废弃物加工成混料用于烧结生产或生产铁碳球替代含铁原料,既可以获得较大的经济效益,同时也解决了各种固体废弃物无序堆放带来的环境污染问题。
The kinds and main source of solid wastes in Bayuquan production process, the process of recycling the wastes and processing them into mixed materials, the return of mixed materials to sintering system and use of mixed materials for production of iron-carbon pellet were introduced. The practice showed that, by processing the solid wastes in Bayuquan production process into mixed materials for sintering production or producing iron-carbon pellet in place of iron-bearing raw materials, not only significant economic benefits can be obtained, but also the environmental pollution problems caused by unordered piling of all kinds of solid wastes can be solved.
