摘要
口岸通关是国际多式联运体系的必要环节,其通关速度对国际集装箱运输效率有着重要的影响.描述了洋山保税港区进口法检货物的通关过程,并应用广义随机Petri网进行建模分析;通过ExSpect仿真模拟出进口法检货物在口岸的平均逗留时间;基于提出的优化措施,对优化后的口岸通关流程进行建模和仿真;通过比较优化前后的仿真结果,验证了优化方案的有效性.
Customs clearance is an essential part of the international intermodal transport system, and the customs passing speed has a significant impact on the transport efficiency of international container. Based on describing the customs clearance process of import legal inspection cargo at Yangshan free port, we established the customs clearance model using Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets and estimated the mean residence time of the cargo with the help of ExSpect. Then, we discussed the modeling and simulation of the improved process based on the proposed optimization measures. By comparing the simulation results, our studies show that the optimum proposals effective.
