摘要
以 0 2 1mol 3 甲基 2 羟基 2 环戊烯 1 酮 ,0 1 92mol 3,5,5 三甲基 2 羟基 2 环己烯 1 酮分别和 0 30mol、0 2 9mol乙二胺为主要原料 ,在苯溶剂中经缩合反应 2 5~ 3h ,以 41 2 %和 65 5%的收率分别合成了 5 甲基 3,4,6,7 四氢 2 (H) 环戊并吡嗪和 5,7,7 三甲基 2 ,3,4,6,7,8 六氢喹喔啉。用UV ,IR和1H NMR证实了其结构。
Methyl3,4,6,7tetrahydro2(H)cyclopentapyrazine and 5,7,7trimethyl2,3,4,6,7,8hexahydroquinoxaline were synthesized in 412% and 65.5% yield respectively,using 3methyl2hydroxy2cyclopenten1one(021 mol)with ethylenediamine(0.30 mol) and 3,5,5trimethyl2hydroxy2cyclohexen1one(0192 mol) with ethylenediamine(0.29 mol) as basic materials.The condensation reactions were carried out in benzene for 25-3 h .The structures were confirmed by UV、IR and1HNMR.
