摘要
本文采用两种不同粒度的工业 3mol%Y2 O3—ZrO2 粉为原料 ,研究球磨过程对粉末粒度和ZrO2 粉末团聚系数的影响。实验表明 :球磨能使大团聚粒子破碎 ,平均粒径减少 ,团聚系数降低 ,粉末粒度均匀 ,随球磨时间的延长 ,粉末平均粒径细化速度减慢。ZrO2 团聚粒子破碎过程将发生四方相t向单斜相m的相变。
The effect of milling on the particle size and the agglomerite factors of ZrO 2 powder was studied utilizing two kinds industrical powder(3mol%Y 2O 3 ZrO 2)with different particle size as raw matericals The experiment show that the large agglamerated particles can be crushed The average particle size and agglomerate factor are reduced by milling The powder has homo geneous particle size distribution When the milling time increases The reduction rate of the average particle size decreases The t →m transformation will table place as the large agglomerates particles of ZrO 2 are crashed
