摘要
发展校园文化,拓展校园空间,引领社会文化,是现阶段电大所承担的文化历史使命,也是远程教育竞争中保持优势地位、获得可持续发展的电大核心竞争力形成关键。针对各地电大开放教育校园文化弱化现象,提出以人为本、全面发展,开放性、制度性相统一,构成和谐的开放教育校园文化创建原则,并提倡在慎重基础上实行创新。
The development of campus culture is the cultural and histoncat mmslon o~ I ~ University. It is also the key to improving the competitiveness and the sustainable development of distance education. Aiming at the wakening of TV University campus culture, this paper puts forward the principles for establishing effective open education campus culture and summarizes the innovation practice for reference to all levels of TV universities.
