摘要
对CAD软件设计零件时生成的宏代码进行了特征识别技术的研究,提出了一种基于零件宏代码程序的特征识别技术。描述了零件的形状特征类型和CAD软件设计零件时的一般流程,分析了CAD软件设计零件时生成的宏代码含义和作用。给出了利用宏代码进行形状特征信息提取的工作流程,并利用C#编程语言,开发了一个特征识别软件。最后,以一个实例零件对上述方法和算法进行了验证,识别出了CAD软件中零件所有特征的几何信息,为后续的加工工艺设计提供了基础。
The feature recognition technology for the macro code generated in part designing with CAD software was studied,and the technology of feature recognition based on macro code was proposed in this paper.The types of manufacturing feature and the part design cycle with CAD software were firstly described,and the meaning and function of part macro code generated by CAD software were also analyzed.Then the work flow of feature extraction by applying the macro code was given in detailed,and the feature recognition software was developed by C# language programming as well.Finally,the presented methodology and algorithm were tested and proved by a part example that recognize all geometric information for parts features in CAD software and proved reference for further machining process design.
