摘要
采用3种不同氧化剂对乙二胺进行氧化,并首次提出采用过氧化氢做氧化剂,对氧化后乙二胺水溶液的荧光性质进行系统研究。结果表明,过氧化氢氧化效果最佳,得到产品荧光强度最高,在紫外灯下可以看到明亮的蓝色荧光。pH值等于6时,乙二胺水溶液的荧光强度最强,并且与pKa密切相关。过氧化氢和过硫酸铵氧化的乙二胺水溶液的荧光强度在较低浓度范围内呈线性关系。实验结果表明,氧化乙二胺和大分子含氮有机物具有相似的荧光中心。
The fluorescence property of 1,2-Ethylenediarnine(EDA) aqueous oxidized by different oxidants in which the H202 have not mentioned before were systematically investigated. It was found that the fluorescence intensity of EDA oxidized by H202 was stronger than others, and the strong blue-luminescence emission could be observed clearly by naked eyes under UV light. The fluorescence intensity was the strongest at pH 6 which closely related to pKa. The increase of fluorescence intensity was linear with EDA which oxidized by ammonium persulfate when the concentration was controlled at low range. Those results show that there exist similar fluo- rescence-emitting moieties in both oxidized EDA and macromolecules containing amino groups.
