摘要
基于对秦皇岛市河北大街西段道路与交通条件的调查,指出其中存在一些影响信号协调控制的问题:(1)各交叉口间距参差不齐,(2)信号灯配时协调性差,(3)交通量及其构成多变,(4)过街行人较多,并提出了相应的解决方案。最后,应用Synchro系统对各交叉口的信号周期与相位差进行优化,并对协调控制实施前后的交通状况进行了仿真实验。结果为实施信号协调控制之后,河北大街西段各交叉口的服务水平均显著提高。另外,对协调控制的两种模式进行了对比,并建议在河北大街西段处采用感应协调控制模式。
Based on the investigation of the road and traffic state of each intersection in the Western Sections of Hebei Avenue in Qinhuangdao, this paper points out a series of serious traffic problems at some intersections, such as ( 1 ) irregular intersection spacing; (2) poor coordination of signal timing; ( 3 ) varied traffic flow and traffic constitute; (4) more pedestrian, and proposes relevant solutions. Finally, this paper uses Synchro system to optimize public cycle length and offset of each intersection, and simulates the present situation and the coor- dinate controlled situation and compares the two results. After coordinate controlling, the level of service of each intersection in the Western Sections of Hebei Avenue may be improved obviously. Furthermore, this paper com- pares two coordinate control schemas, and advises that the actuated-coordinated control should be implemented in Western Sections of Hebei Avenue.
