摘要
本文所述基于ALSTOM石灰石石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术,介绍了湿法脱硫的反应原理、工艺流程,提出了准确控制石灰石浆液的加入量,即合理的调节石灰石浆液流量使吸收塔反应池内液体环境pH值维持在合理最佳的范围之内的控制方案。
The article introduced herein is based on ALSTOM limestone - gypsum WFGD technolo- gy. The article introduces the principle and process of WFGD, and then puts forward the scheme of controlling PH value in absorber reaction tank within reasonable optimized scope by correct reagent amount.
