摘要
通过粉末冶金的方法制备了一种新型钛基复合材料,研究了其成分及烧结温度对力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入Nb2O5后,钛基复合材料的屈服强度得到显著提高,弹性模量有一定程度降低。
A new type of titanium-based composites was synthesized by powder metallurgy method. The effects of composition and sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the composite were investigated by X-ray diffraction, optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and compressive test. The results demonstrate that adding Nb2O5 powder can improve the compressive strength and decrease the elastic modulus of powder metallurgy (P/M) titanium-based composite.
