摘要
社会公共服务已成为我国政治文明的一个重要方面。当下我国社会公共服务职能还存在着一些缺失。加强和完善我国社会公共服务体系的构建,对于坚持科学发展观,坚持以人为本,还权于民,坚持改革开放的效率与公平,促进社会的公平和正义,让改革开放的成果惠及每一个公民,以及和谐社会的构建具有重要的现实意义。
Social public service has become an important part in the political civilization of our country.However,there are some defects in the current social public service in China.Therefore,to strengthen and perfect the construction of China＇s social public service system has great significance on the following aspects： adhering to scientific concept of development;adhering to people-oriented policy and giving the rights back to the people;adhering to efficiency and fairness of the reform and opening up to improve social justice;benefiting every citizen with the fruits of the reform and opening up;establishing a harmonious society.
