罗非鱼源无乳链球菌培养基及培养条件的优化 被引量:8

摘要 研究无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)ZQGY08的培养与生长特性,探讨脑心浸液(Brian Heart Infusion,BHI)培养基的营养因子、初始pH值、溶氧、温度等因素对无乳链球菌生长的影响,并采用正交实验法对无乳链球菌培养基营养因子添加量进行优化。结果表明,无乳链球菌生长的最适初始pH为7~8,培养温度为28~37℃,振荡转速为180~200 r/min。在BHI培养基中添加20 mg/mL的酵母粉和2 mg/mL的葡萄糖即可在对数期获得最大细菌量。 The culture and the characteristics of growth of Streptococcus agalactiae (ZJGY08) were studied as the model strain. The effects of different factors, including nutritional factors, initial pH value, dissolved oxygen and temperature, on its growth in the fluid culture medium named Brian Heart Infusion (BHI) were explored to optimize its growth parameters. The results indicated that the initial pH 7 - 8 and the temperatures 28 - 37 degrees and the shake speed 180 - 200 r/min were optimal for the Streptococcus agalactiae. The maximal bacteria's concentration could be got by supplying 20 mg/mL yeast powder and 2 mg/mL glucose in the BHI.
