摘要
目的探讨手足口病的有效治疗方案，指导临床对普通型手足口病例和重症型手足口病例治疗过程中的药物选择，促进，临床合理用药，确保患者用药安全。方法随机抽取我院2011年6月～12月确诊手足口病历150份，对其用药情况及抗菌药物情况进行统计分析，并根据诊断将病历分为普通组和重症组，比较两组患儿人院后白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例，抗菌药物使用情况，治疗疗效。结果我院治疗手足口病以抗病毒为主，以使用喜炎平，炎琥宁，利巴韦林为主，抗菌素使用率达38．67％，普通组和重症组入院后白细胞计数有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但均值均在正常参考范围内，中性粒细胞比例之间没有统计学意义（P〉0．05），抗菌药物使用情况两组之间有统计学意义（P〈0．01），重症组患儿使用较多，两组最终治疗疗效之间没有统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论手足口病是自限性疾病，白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例不能作为使用抗菌药物指征，在治疗手足口病中加强抗菌药物合理使用，确保儿童用药安全很重要。
Objective To discuss the effective therapeutic schedule in treating the hand-foot-and-mouth disease, to guide the doctors to choose the drugs in treating the common cases and the serious cases, improve the clinical medication, ensure patients with drugs safety. Methods We elicited 150 medical records randomly which were diagnosed hand-foot-and-mouth disease from June to December 2011 in our hospital, and did statistic analysis to the drug using and the antibacterial agents using. We divided the medical records into the common group and the serious group according the diagnosis and compared the numeration of leukocyte, neur, using antibacterial agents, and therapeutic efficacy of the two groups. Results Hand-foot-and-mouth disease in our hospital was treated mainly by antiviral drug; the antiviral drugs included Xiyanping, Yanhuning, ribavirin mainly. The antibacterial agent rate of utilization was 38.67%. The numeration of leukocyte of the two groups had statistical difference（P〈0.05）, but both average were in the normal range. The neur of the two group had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）; Using antibacterial agents between the two group had statistical difference （P〈0.01）,the serious used more antibacterial agents, the therapeutic efficacy of the two group had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a self limiting illness, Numeration of leukocyte and neur were not the indication of using antibacterial agents. It＇s necessary to strengthen rational use of antimicrobial agents in treating hand-foot-and-mouth disease, to insure the children safe drug use.
