摘要
目的探讨视网膜脱离患者术中眼心反射的发生特点及护理方法。方法分析463例视网膜脱离患者术中发生眼心反射的情况,根据性别、年龄、眼别、手术方式进行分组,观察不同组别术中眼心反射发生情况。结果463例患者术中发生眼心反射286例,占61.77%。不同年龄、手术方式患者术中眼心反射发生率存在统计学差异(均P<0.01),其中老年组显著高于青年组;外路组、联合组发生率显著高于内路组(均P<0.0125)。结论视网膜脱离患者术中眼心反射的发生率较高,且受手术方式的影响。因此,术中应加强医护配合,及时发现、处理眼心反射,降低手术风险。
Objective To explore the characteristics of oculocardiac reflex during retinal detachment surgery, and to put forward nursing strategies. Methods Totally, 463 patients receiving retinal detachment surgery were observed for oculocardiac reflex. Then we analyzed the relation of oculocardiac reflex with patients＇ genders, ages, operated eyes and operative methods. Results Among 463 patients, 286 developed oculocardiac reflex during retinal detachment surgery, accounting for 61. 77%. Patients in varied age groups, or with varied operative methods had different incidences of oculocardiac reflex （P〈0.01 for both）, with those 65 years and older higher than those less than 45 years, and those receiving a repairing surgery via external approach alone, and those via external and internal approach in combination, having high incidences of oculocardiac reflex than those via internal approach alone （P〈0. 0125 for both）. Conclusion Patients receiving retinal detachment surgery have high incidence of oculocardiac reflex, which can be affected by operative methods patients receive. Nurses should cooperate with doctors closely during the surgery, timely recognize the occurrence of oculocardiac reflex and assist doctors in dealing with such abnormality as soon as possible. With this way, patients＇ operation risk can be reduced.
