摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌术后心肺并发症相关因素。方法分析本院行根治术的52例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,观察指标包括肺部感染、严重心律失常、低血容量性循环障碍及急性呼吸窘迫综合症等常见心肺并发症。结果围术期无死亡病例,10例患者术后出现严重并发症,主要为肺部感染2例,严重心律失常4例(如阵发性室上性心动过速或频发性室性期前收缩,不包括窦性心动过速),低血容量性循环障碍3例,急性呼吸窘迫综合症1例。结论非小细胞肺癌术后易发生心肺并发症,需完善术前心肺功能评估。
Objective To explore the correlation factors of postoperative complications in 52 patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who undergone radical surgery in our hospital from Feb- mary 2008 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and observation index included lung infection, severe arrhythmia, hypovolemic circulatory disorders, and acute respiratory distress syndrome and other common cardiac and pulmonary complications. Results There was no death in peroperative period. 10 cases had serious postoperative complications including pulmonary infection in 2 cases, 4 cases of se- vere arrhythmia （ such as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia or frequent premature ventricular beats）, 3 cases of hypovolemic circula- tory disorders, and 1 case of acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）. Conclusions Patient with non-small cell lung cancer after surgey is prone to developed cardiopulmonary complications, so the preoperative assessment in heart and lung function should be improved.
