摘要
结合生产实际,对高纯水预处理系统中砂滤器的反洗水及超滤机组浓排水、反洗水进行回收利用,通过对高纯水系统流程的技术改造,增设了一个Ф8 000 mm×6 000 mm,容积300 m3的沉淀池;2台SGB65-50A管道泵及两组型号为UF1A200;处理量为35 m3/h超滤系统,可以实现节水30 m3/h,提高公司经济效益,全年实现经济效益近20余万元。
Combined with the actual production of the company, in order to recover and utilize sand filter backwash water, concentrated drainage and backwash water of ultrafilters in high purity water pretreatment system, technological transformation of the high purity water system was carried out, including adding a sedimentation tank (Ф8 000 mm×6 000 mm, 300 m^3 ) ,two SGB65-50A pipeline pumps and two sets of UF1A200 ultrafiltration systems( treatment capacity : 35 mg/h), which can achieve water saving 30 m^3 / h to improve economic benefits of the company.
