摘要
目的:探讨应用牙冠延长术保留断端位于龈下牙齿的临床修复效果。方法:对38颗断端位于龈下的牙齿行牙冠延长术,6周后行桩核冠修复。结果:经12个月的临床观察,2例患者治疗失败,其余36颗患牙的治疗效果良好。结论:牙冠延长术有助于断端位于龈下牙齿的保留。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical use of surgical crown lengthening in the restoration of anterior teeth broken ends under gingival. Methods： treatment with 38 cases of anterior teeth with SCL and restored with Post-core crown after 6 weeks. Results： 36 cases were effective and 2 cage failed during 12 months clinical observation.Conelusion： SCL can conserve the anterior teeth broken ends under gingival.
