我国开放低空空域，标志着通用航空业加速发展时期的到来。海南要抓住机遇，抢先部署，依托文昌航天城建设构建通用航空产业，切实把通用航空产业作为战略性新兴产业加以培育，使之从小到大成长为引导海南经济发展的重要力量。
the brand new industry of airborne economy is bound to develop as the opening of low altitude airspace. As a special economic zone, the experimental area of opening of low alti- tude airspace, as well as the upcoming international touristic island, Hainan has the advantages to develop general aviation industry. It is of great importance for Hainan to establish general avia- tion industry.
