摘要
介绍了 1999年玛纳斯河水系洪水的特征 ,通过对导致本次洪水时期的高空环流特征、水汽和云图资料分析 ,试图揭示融雪———暴雨洪水的发生机制。注意到高低空三支急流建立不仅以环流形势为背景 ,而且存在明显的先后次序。最后归纳了盛夏洪水的预报思路和具体指标。
