摘要
为了防止电网调度误操作所致的电网事故,研发了具备智能防误功能的区域电网调度网络系统。该系统采用面向服务的架构,利用PAS,SCADA系统、调度管理系统(DMIS)等资源实现调度指令的网络化流转,并通过状态校核、逻辑校核、下令流程校核等安全防误措施增强电网调度操作的安全性。该系统还实现了操作票数据接入、智能校验、网络发令、综合查询、智能日志等系统的互联和闭环操作。
In order to prevent the grid failure due to operation mistake in dispatching, a commamd order sheet network system with intelligence against mistake for dispatching of local power network is developed in the paper. Adopting a service-oriented architecture, and combining the PAS system, SCADA system and dispatching management system (DMIS), the system makes dispatching instructions conveyed through the network, and improves the grid operation security with the measures of status checking, logic checking, ordering process checking etc. In addition, the system has the functions of interconnection and closed-loop operation of the systems such as note and data accessing, intelligent checking, order issuing through network, integrated query, and smart log.
