摘要
2011年2月、5月、8月和11月份分别对崂山湾3个人工鱼礁区(港东区、峰山区和仰口区)的底栖大型藻类进行采样调查,研究了其藻类群落结构的差异性。结果表明:峰山区共采集到16种藻类、港东区13种、仰口区12种;3个礁区的优势种在春季差异明显,在冬季最相似;峰山区的平均生物量最大(937.45 g/m2),其次是港东区和仰口区,港东区的生物量始终比仰口区高。群落多样性指数的年际变化差异不显著。3个礁区的叶绿素a和叶绿素b变化趋势一致,其中港东区的叶绿素含量始终比仰口区高。
In this paper, the and Yangkou) of Laoshan Bay benthic macroalgae communities in three artificial reefs (Gangdong, Fengshan were investigated each quarter in 2011, and the differences of the benthic mac- roalgae communities in three artificial reefs were studied. It was found that 16 macroalgae species in Fengs- han, 13 macroalgae species in Gangdong and 12 macroalgae species in Yangkou were collected. The dominant species of three reefs area were different in spring, while they were similar in winter. Fengshan had the highest biomass density (937.45 g/m2) ; the second one was Gangdong (935.13 g/m2) ; and the last was Yangkou (642.06 g/m2 ). The biomass of Gangdong was higher than Yangkou' s in four seasons. The change tenden- cies of diversity index were very similar. The content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b changed similarly in three reef areas, while the content of chlorophyll in Gangdong was higher than those in Yangkou.
