摘要
为探讨双砧木嫁接对日光温室黄瓜产量和品质的影响,以津优35黄瓜为接穗,砧木为DTT-RS-39和黑籽南瓜,研究了双砧木嫁接、常规嫁接和自根黄瓜果实纵径、横径、伤流液含量和次生代谢产物的差异。结果表明,与自根黄瓜相比,双砧嫁接黄瓜可显著提高果实纵径、横径、伤流量、游离氨基酸和类黄酮含量,单宁含量仍有增加;与常规嫁接黄瓜相比,双砧木嫁接黄瓜显著提高果实纵径、横径、伤流量和游离氨基酸含量,类黄酮含量变化不显著,单宁含量降低。综合试验数据分析表明双砧嫁接可显著提高黄瓜产量,提高黄瓜的商品性,品质更佳。
We conducted an experiment to investigate the effect of double-rootstock grafting on yield,fruit quality and secondary metabolites of cucumber in sunny greenhouse. Cucumber scion "JinYou No. 35" and rootstocks "DTl'-RS-39" (Cucurbita moschata) and Black Seed Squash (Cucurbltaficifolia) were used in this experiment. Fruit length, diameter, bleeding rate of vascular sap, free amino acids and flavonoids of double-rootstock grafted cucumber were significantly higher than those of self-rooted cucumber;and the tannin content was also increased. Fruit length, fruit diameter, bleeding rate of vascular sap and free amino acids of double-rootstock grafted cucumber were higher than those of conventionally grafted (single-rootstock) cucumber. However,compared to conventional grafted cucumber the tannin content of double-rootstock grafted cucumber was obviously lower, and no significant difference of flavonoids was observed between double-rootstock and conventionally grafted cucumbers. The double-rootstock grafting can significantly improve cucumber yield,quality and uniformity.
