摘要
慢性乙型肝炎是一类具有全球流行性的传染性疾病,中医多将其归于"胁痛"、"黄疸"、"郁证"、"癥积"等范畴。笔者认为其主要病机为肝郁气滞,瘀毒互结,而疏肝化瘀解毒为治疗慢性乙型肝炎的重要法则。文章以四逆散和犀角地黄汤随证加减,应用于临床,取得较好的疗效。
Chronic hepatitis B is a communicable disease with global epidemicity.TCM usually ascribes it to hypochondriac pain,icterus,depression zheng,abdominal mass,et al.We have the point of view that the chief pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B is stagnation of Qi due to liver stagnation and interties between stasis and toxicum,and that Soothing Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying is a significant principle of treating chronic hepatic B.We applied Sini Powder and Cornus Rhinoceri and Rehmanniae Decoction to the clinic,gaining much better curative effect.
