MMP-2、TIMP-2在口腔鳞癌中的表达及与肿瘤浸润转移关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨MMP-2、TIMP-2在口腔鳞癌浸润转移中的作用,为口腔鳞癌的治疗及预后判断提供实验依据。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例口腔鳞癌组织和10例正常口腔黏膜组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达,分析其表达与临床指标的关系。结果 OSCC中MMP-2的表达显著高于正常口腔黏膜组(P<0.01),其阳性表达率分别为76%和10%,深层浸润的口腔鳞癌组织中,MMP-2的阳性表达率显著高于浅层浸润的口腔鳞癌组织(P<0.05)。TIMP-2在口腔鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为48%,正常口腔黏膜中TIMP-2的阳性表达率为40%。两者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。深层浸润的口腔鳞癌组织中,TIMP-2的阳性表达率显著低于浅层浸润的口腔鳞癌组织(P<0.05)。MMP-2和TIMP-2在口腔鳞癌中的表达有明显的相关性,MMP-2和TIMP-2表达之间的平衡在口腔鳞癌侵袭转移过程中有重要作用。结论 MMP-2、TIMP-2的阳性表达与肿瘤浸润程度密切相关。提示MMP-2有促进肿瘤浸润转移的作用。TIMP-2有抑制肿瘤浸润转移的作用。 Objective To explore the function and correlation of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinona(OSCC).Provided academic gist for the prognosis and clinic treatment.Methods The expression of MMP-2、TIMP-2 in 50 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa tissue were examined immunohistochemically,analyse the correlation between its expression and invasion and metastasis of OSCC.Results The expression of MMP-2 in OSCC was higher than normal oral mucosa tissue(P〈0.01),The expression of MMP-2 in OSCC with deep invasion was higher than shallow invasion(P〈0.05).but the expression of TIMP-2 was reversed.The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 had correlation with the degree of invasion.There was distinct correlation in the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in OSCC.The balance of expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 played an important role in OSCC invasion and metastasis.Conclusions The expression of MMP-2,TIMP-2 is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of OSCC.
