摘要
本文报告了32例体外受精被刺激周期黄体期唾液孕酮和雌二醇的测定结果。唾液孕酮和雌二醇浓度与其匹配的血中之浓度均相关显著(孕酮:r=0.78,P<0.01;雌二醇:r=0.94,P<0.01)。比较获妊娠的6例和未获妊娠的26例唾液孕酮和雌二醇的逐日变化显示,从黄体期第2天起,妊娠组的唾液孕酮水平明显高于未妊娠组,而唾液雌二醇水平于黄体期第8天起始在两组中出现明显差别。结果提示:(1)采用简便易行的唾液孕酮和雌二醇测定可以评估体外受精周期黄体期子宫的甾体激素环境;(2)体外受精周期早期黄体期的高孕酮水平可能有利于胚胎着床和继后的妊娠。
Saliva and serum samples were obtained daily during the luteal phase of patients who had stimulated cycles for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) purposes. Progesterone and estradiol levels from these samples were measured using radioimmunoassay.
There are significant correlations between salivary and serum progesterone levels (r = 0.78, P<0.01), and between salivary and serum estradiol levels (r = 0.94, P<0.01).
A comparison of daily steroid levels between 6 pregnant and 26 non-pregnant cycles was made. The mean salivary 昿rogesterone value in pregnant cycles was significantly higher than that in non-pregnant cycles from luteal day 2 through day 14. The mean salivary estradiol level showed no statistically significant differences between pregnant and non-pregnant cycles until luteal day 8 and thereafter.
Two tentative conclusions can be drawn from these results. Firstly, the analysis of daily salivary progesterone and estradiol levels may be useful in evaluating the luteal status in stimulated cycles for IVF-ET. Secondly, the higher peripheral progesterone levels in the luteal phase may promote implantation and successful pregnancy.
