摘要
以MQJ 1为例 ,系统分析了测量空气渗透性时产生误差的原因 ,并应用逐级合成误差的方法 ,通过实测空气流量、实验压力、室内温度等实验数据 ,对系统误差进行了全面分析、研究 ,从而确定了该设备的空气流量测量精度和可靠性 .这种逐级合成误差的方法不仅适用于类似的空气渗透性建筑幕墙检测设备 ,而且为检测过程中减少系统误差和提高检测精度提供了理论依据 .
By the MQJ 1 test devices of building curtain walls, errors caused in determining air permeability are studied systematically. Using the method of composing errors step by step, a comprehensive study of systematic errors is made according to real experimental datum such as experimental pressure, temperature etc. The surveying precision of experimental devices is obtained and the surveying precision of air permeability will be increased. The method is suitable for similar air permeability curtain walls testing devices. Theoretical evidence is offered for decreasing systematical errors and increasing surveying precision. [
