摘要 文章选取邯邢地区一煤矿的煤矸石,通过室内试验,研究了煤矸石的基本性能;采用均匀设计的方法,设计了8组煤矸石混合料的试验配比方案,对它们的饱水无侧限抗压强度进行了研究,利用回归分析模型,分析了粉煤灰、石灰、水泥对煤矸石混合料强度的影响。结果表明:煤矸石混合料的饱水无侧限抗压强度fu,m随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而增长,且水泥掺量越大时,粉煤灰对fu,m影响越大;石灰掺量不宜过大,否则对fu,m将产生不利影响;水泥对fu,m的影响随着水泥掺量的增加而逐渐减小。 With the coal rejects collected from a coal mine in Hanxing Area and a indoor test conducted, the basic performances of the coal rejects were studied. With a uniform design method, a test mixing plan with eight group coal rejects mixed material was designed. The saturation unconfined compressive strength was studied. With the regression analysis model, the fly ash, limestone and cement affected to the strength of the coal reject mixed material was analyzed. The results showed that the saturation unconfined compressive strength of the coal reject mixed material would be increased with the added fly ash increased. When the cement content increased higher, there would be a higher influence to the fly ash. The limestone content should not be too higher, otherwise there would be unfavorable influence occurred. With the cement content increased, the cement influence would be reduced steadily.
