摘要
分析了冷却塔风机叶片模态分析的基本理论,使用PRO/E的曲面造型功能建立了2.4 m风机叶片的三维模型,用Hypermesh进行了模态分析前期处理,利用ANSYS在模态分析方面的优势进行模态分析,分别计算出叶片的振型和固有频率,并分析了其振动特性,为风机叶片的振动安全性检验和设计优化提供了依据.
This paper is to analyze the basic theory of the cooling tower fan blade modal analysis and set up 3d model of 2.4m fan blade with the PRO/E surface modeling function.The preliminary processing of modal analysis is carried out with Hypermesh.The modal analysis is made with the advantage of ANSYS in modal analysis.So the vibration mode and the natural frequency of blades are calculated and the vibration characteristics are analyzed.All these provide a reliable basis to the vibration safety test and the design optimization of blade.
