摘要
结合笔者长期的制曲生产实践经验,对孟乃昌先生校点的古抄本《看曲论》进行了系统的鉴赏和分析,提出本书成书于陕、晋一带的判断。指出古抄本通篇闪耀着科学思想的光芒和严谨细致的实践精神,对黄河中下游地区的大曲生产具有指导性的意义,是一部不可多得的珍贵文史资料。
It was inferred that the ancient manuscripts Key Technical Points in Starter-making,checked and punctuated by MENG Nai-chang,might originate in Shanxi through the author＇s systematic appreciation and analysis of the manuscripts combined with the author＇s long-term starter-making experience.The manuscripts,as a rare historical book,is full of scientific nature and rigorous scholarship and is of great significance in guiding Daqu production in the middle and lower reaches of Yellow River.
