摘要
研究了常规覆膜种植(M1)、全膜覆盖双垄沟播"一膜用二年"种植(M2)、全膜覆盖双垄沟播"一膜用一年"种植(M3)3种覆膜种植模式对土壤纤维素分解菌和纤维素酶活性的影响.结果表明,与M1相比,M2、M3土壤纤维素分解菌数量分别提高了22.96%、10.76%,纤维素酶活性分别提高了43.35%、21.14%;随深度的加深,土壤纤维素分解菌数量和纤维素分解酶活性均呈现降低的变化趋势.
In the paper the effects of soil cellulose decomposition microbe number and soil cellulose en-zyme activity were studied under different planting modes of plastic film mulching(traditional film mulc- hing planting mode, the double ridge mulching with 'one film used for two year' planting mode, the double ridge mulching with ‘one film used for one year' planting mode). The results showed as follows, contras- ting with traditional film mulching planting mode, soil cellulose decomposition microbe number increased by 22. 96% and 10. 76%,soil cellulose enzyme activity improved 43. 35% and 21.14% under the double ridge mulching with "one film used for two year' planting mode and the double ridge mulching with "one film used for one year' planting mode. Soil cellulose decomposition microbe number and soil cellulose en- zyme activity decreased with the increase of soil depth.
